Not how I imagined Jane’s outfit at all, I thought of a long, solid, ground sweeping, cape, with no tights, and the cape would be long enough to hide her shoes but you knew she was wearing high heels, not those shoes…
Just doesn’t seem creepy to me….

laura your sooo right its weird and i think its ugly and i think dacota is kinda ugly too no offense to those fans of hers she is a great actress but annasophia Robb is bettr i think.
and sam:), she is wearing the scarf cause she cant be seen in the sun and has to cover her face so she isnt shiny

okay Dakota is really weird looking….no offence but srsly…i do not like her outfit……well i really don’t know….i like the shoes…but, the rest of the outfit dosen’t click…if i could see a better picture then well yea but…hmmm i don’t know about this summit…

I like Dakota. I think she was a good choice for Jane. But her outfit is kinda weird. I’m sure it will be fine when it’s all said and done:)!

Hmmm I never saw Dakota Fanning as Jane shes just not….Jane idk I never really liked her but maybe she will surprise me. Im just not thinking that she is a vampire type person. Just not how I pictured Jane…. I have hope tho she will pull this through.

I like Jane’s outfit.. A lot. It’s appropriately innocent, yet still dark. It makes it creepier than if she were wearing a big old cloak. A cloak would be a bit cliche, too.
And Alice is perfect, of course. =)

Dakota looks amazing with makeup but I too imagined a long flowing cape but then my friend next to me said ” A long hooded cloak would bring too much attention to her” and she’s right. I guess they can’t walk around outside in vampire cloaks lol… stupid me imagined they would but the more I think about it - of course she couldn’t…..lol still would of loved her in one ha ha.

Oh gosh I’ve been to so many sites this morning, I think it’s just we all expect a wig. She has dark hair in the books and it’s pulled back so severe almost ready for a wig… we all expect it.. we may have to wait for official photos.

well i love dakota i think she is an awesome actress one of my favs and i was soo excited to hear she was going to play jane…but the outfit…i really dont know i pictured it being a little long without the white kindergartner tights…but this look is kinda creepy…its like from a scary movie where the little kid is the psycho killer that never shows emotion…gives me the he-be-gee-bes

At first, I thought Dakota’s outfit was over the top and not so “Volturi,” but the more I look at it, I’m more convinced that it’s made for the part. I’m heavily certain that this Dakota would look spectacular!

WOW, all hyped up about the trailer, but did they shoot the volturi yet?? Ashley looks great, very vampyrish! but dakota.. is her white tight just to make her look paler? liek will they edit it n make it look like skin? what about that cloak she has on? i don’t like it, its short and childish, it looks from tammys or something, can’t they get one of those red cloaks that the people on set are wearing n dye it black? that would look much better! just plain black, ground sweeping, hoodie cloak =D other than that, i love them both!

But I agree with you ppl, I would like Dacota’s cloak in plain black - no other color. The length is fine for me (ok, in the book it was long, but I’m ok with this length as well, just color..)

I think they look perfect.
I was listening to the radio this morning, and Nick Cannon was filling in for Ryan Seacrest, and he did some celebrity sleez, and Kristen was one of them. This is what he said.
“Sources from the Twilight set say that Kristen Stewart’s boyfriend, Michael, popped the question, and she said no. She was mature about her reason why, saying that they were too young to get married.”
Idk if it’s true or not, but I thought it sounded like something you wanted to know.

Ooh, Dakota looks really good in her outfit, I have Hide and Seek on DVD and I just know that she will be an amazing Jane. The cloak she is wearing look really different than I had imagined. It looks kind of like a cape. More fashionable, more modern but it still looks really creepy. Maybe even moreso than if it had been a really big scary, flowing cloak. And the tights and shoes complete the look. Kind of adding a sort of makes her look like one of those scary children or kind of like a statue

I’m sure when she(Dakota) has her wig on and we can see those red eyes better she will live up to Michael Sheen’s description of her as looking like an evil scary Little Red Riding hood. Have no fear ,CW will bring the creepy to the Volturi. Look how well they have kept the wolve pics and the Voluri pics a secret, all the better to shock and surprise us all when the trailers and movie comes out. Don’t be too judgemental yet. I am confident that Jane will creep us all out !! Ashley does look great too she does have to be all covered up so no one sees her sparkle.

i’m not complaining,i’m stating my opinion.my opinion is that Dakota as Jane is a sucky idea.Just like the idea of Michael Copon as Jacob sucked.I was never one of those people who said “NOOOO Rob is not Edward”in the begining,i said “yesss!” okay.seriously people lay off my opinions,everyone has one,i decided to express mine.All i said was that Daokta and Jane sucks.maybe she will look better in the movie i dont know,i’m going to be disapointed if she doesnt.she is the only cast member i don’t approve of.Thats just MY opinion,you dont have to agree with me and everyone can hate it and disagree with me,i really dont care,i’m just saying what i think.
