I think it’s weird that they’re making a scene in which bella takes a motorcycle ride with a scary guy… doesn’t make any sense to me… she already heard edward when she came closer to the group so… what’s the point?!

I have a thought/theory. Maybe they use this as sort of a lead in to kinda explain why she brings the dirtbikes to Jacob. This supposedly the first time she hears/sees Edward, right? So she uses the dirtbikes and all the danger to get to hear/see him again and again. Also, they maybe using this scene to show that she’s really lost it.

Katt I thought the same, like why is she talking back to him …. please don’t let them ruin the scene. Mind you nothing we can do about it anyway…. us fans should be helping write these scripts lol…probably would do a much better job.

Haha i thought that was her hand pointing but i now see its just the shadow of the mic!….I dont think shes talking to him i think shes just shocked and looking at him…….my mistake!

i think it would be interesting that bella talks back to edward, taht makes her more crazy. And isn’t that the point of the book too that she goes a bit too crazy for edward? hhh.

It’s definetly not her hand pointing (1st pic) or she has a huge problem with the size of it !!
She just seems as shocked as in the book but don’t forget that a movie needs to be more visual that could be the reason for her new ” visions” !
And we can’t deny that having (a little) more Edward won’t be a bad thing !!

I’ve had the same thought bumbling arond in my little head ;P but you know, in the book doesn’t she go back to jessica after hearing Edward… will she just leave her there while she goes on a little trip with the scary guy, or what

nah, i think it’s loads better this way, introducing the motorbikes earlier is way better than just randomly throwing her on one with jacob - esp. for the movie.
it would be like in twilight movie of just making the nomads rock up w/out showing them earlier.

I think bringing in the motorcycles early is a really good idea….weitz rocks!I wish he was filming the 3rd one….oh well im sure the other director will also do a great job….

KIARA, your theory is interesting. I can definitely see where you’re coming from though. And that does make sense.
I’m really excited now! I like that they’re making Bella have hallucinations of Edward now! It’s gonna be so much more exciting!

I does make sense to me! It’s the fight they have on the way back to Bella’s house after de birthday party. Whe Edward tell her she would be better of with Mike. Only you can’t see her dress or her arm.

ok seriously guys some of you are freaking out way too much. so what that they added a scene that might me different from the flow of the book. i’m sure director knows what will happen to him if he f–k this movie up, so i’m sure he knows what he is doing. besides, don’t you want to be a little surprise and to anticipate something new? if they do it exactly like it is in the book, page per Page, we would all know what’s gonna happen, what lines they’re gonna say scene after scene. we would be quoting their lines with them. where’s the excitement!? Twilight, in my opinion, was a little bit dissapointing cuz it had so much pottential. sure, i still liked it, but it could have been so much better. they were so worried that it wouldn’t match the book perfectly, that they lack creativeness to add more meaning to the movie.

FRECE- i get what you’re saying, but there shouldnt be any need to make it more creative if they have it all from the book, and all they have to do is make it real. the whole meaning of the story is in the book, so there would be no point to add other things when there’s plenty to work with.
i loved the movie alot, and i’m not complaining about the extra scenes that didnt happen in the book, so i agree with you on that :]

will i think it is good to do want they are doing. As long as they don’t go to far from the book i am hope the movie well be longer. I can’t want i am so happy about how it is comeing out. When they go to Itly that is going to be cool to see how it looks.
