I love twilight AND harry potter. hp first though, of course :]
but as great as an actor I’m sure he is, he just doesn’t seem like Grindy. Too smiley, too not evil and he just doesn’t look right!
Oh well, I’m sure he will grow on me by the time DH comes around

I don’t know who Grindlefinkle is, but I think it’s way cool that he gets to be in two extraordinary movies. He’s so young (at least he looks young) and look how great he’s starting out!
And oh no, here comes that Twilight vs. Harry Potter cat fight.

awwwwwwwwww I know about the huge retarded rivalry between these series but I love them exactly the same amount and will defend either when they are attacked, both are amazing for different reasons and I love how inter-related the movie characters are lol although i wish the actor playing lucius malfoy could have been a volturi memeber *sigh* but jamie is sooo much more than i could have hoped for. . .then again harry potter twilight and SWEENEY TODD are pretty related. . .with ’snape’ ‘peter pettigrew’ and now jamie!!!!!

i already knew this but I FREKIN LOVE JAMIE i have from the beining. i love hp and twilight both. When Jamie is big and famous i want EVERYBODY to know that i loved Jamie from the begining when he was in sweeny todd.i love that kid. why do i call him kid i do not know? but he rocks hes a great actor, a great musishion, and a great personality if you know enough about him and he ROCKS. he will be great in HP and in NM so yup. love the dude. i wish him luck and now i will shup up.

I’m doing my happy dance! wish i could say I like Jamie since sweeney todd but i did since the very first moment i saw a pic of him early this year XDXD
just a weeks ago i saw ST for the first time (shame on me! o.O) and i melted everytime he sang! and that just made it.. i like him even more! XD so happy he got the part, even if he couldn’t get the young voldemort one, he’ll rock gellert! XD congrats Jamie!

briana, Grindevald was the wizard that Dumbledore was friends with, who later went bad, and Dumbledore defeated. He was mentioned a lot during the whole Dumbledore smearing campaign after he died.

I like both the Twilight series & the Harry Potter series. When I look back at the HP series, I feel like I like the series a lot more from the 4th book onwards. There was no romance before the 4th book which is probably why this is the case. There are a few things that I didn’t like about the 7th Harry Potter book though. Hopefully, I’ll be more satisfied w/”Breaking Dawn” than HP #7. I haven’t read “Breaking Dawn” yet.

As for the whole HP / Twilight thing… I don’t like how they compare things that aren’t the same. Apples and oranges. I LOVE Twilight. HP is ok… Deathly Hallows really pee’d me off though. My reaction to that was the reaction some people had to BD. But I loved BD. Ok. Rant Over.

Oh okay, I remember it slightly. I’ll have to re-read the last book. It took me a while to read though. I was pretty bored until stuff actually started happening. Now, with Breaking Dawn, I couldn’t put it down. I just love the feel and the characters. I don’t think I can say one bad thing about Twilight. In New Moon, when Bella is thinking about kissing Jacob and Edward (hallucination) says to her “Be happy.” Oh man, I cry everytime I read that.

This is great for him. I like the HP series, Phillip Pullmans DarkMaterial series, LOTHR, and The Twilight Saga. Twilights my favorite but the others are very good too.

Oh yeah I think I read a rumor about that a few weeks ago! I think he seems like he’d fit. I mean I’ve only ever seen him in Sweeny Todd but he looks like he could be mischievious and evil. We’ll have to see how he does as a vampire first.
