hehe this sounds funny tough. :P

  2. marina Says:

sounds eerily like they are talking backwards :)

  3. Katie Says:

omg Alice voice is horrible. I’m German and i think it’s dumb;)

  4. Alica Says:

ome, it’s SO TERRIBLE!!! twilight was bad in german, but new moon seems to be even WORSE!!!

  5. Mary Says:

OMG I’m from germany and I haven’t even see this trailer :P
But I kinda like it ♥
though alice is way too high..

  6. Clarah Says:

    Alice is horrible! HAHA

  7. Meike Says:

I’m German and I found this trailer alright although Alice’s voice sounds really odd.

  8. Katharina Says:

alice sounds like she inhaled too much helium oO
bella and esme are the only 2 that are acceptable oO

  9. Shay Says:

Wow! I understood most of what they were saying! My German college courses are paying off! I liked the trailer, but I agree with most here, Alice sounded too high

  10. Mimi Says:

ur right, Alice sounds too forcedly childish… and laurent’s tone changes too much from “Ich kann nicht anders, dein Geruch ist einfach…” to “…zu köstlich!”… I’m German and I think the translation is really bad - especially of Edwards’s words “You’re my only reason to stay … alive - if that’s what I am”.

  11. Mrs. Edward Cullen Says:

i like bellas voice in this one MUCH better than kristen stewarts voice. :)

  12. Camila Says:

the voices sound very funny, jaja
Here you can see the trailer in Spanish: http://www.fotogramas.es/Cine/Especiales/Luna-Nueva
    bye bye :)

  13. Rebecca Says:

I only know a little German and didn’t know the majority of what they were saying, but it SOUNDED awesome!!!! :) Bella’s voice is soooooooo much better than Kristen’s and when Bella went ‘Jake, NO!’ (okay, that’s what its sounds like :D ) that was awesome!! :D

  14. channy Says:

    LOL Edward sounds creepy.

  15. Felicia Says:

They sound.. awkward xD hehe but I like Esme and Bella. Alice scared me…

  16. Sarah Says:

    Creepy voices.
Edward and Alice’s voices crepped me out so much!
    :/

  17. ilse Says:

Now I’m Duthc so I’ve been ’subjected’ to a lot of French and German dubbed filsm on vacation and somehow, the German voices are always too juvenile..and the French all soud like porn-stars! Especially the women! Come on; Europeans probably all speak English anyway; why still the dubbing..

  18. Kathrin Says:

I always hate it when people talk about synchronization. It’s a great business here in Germany that doesn’t get the credit it deserves! Most of our voice actors here have wonderful voices and their commitment is not as appreciated as it should be.
The german version of Twilight is very good compared to other movies! Alice’s voice fits actually very good, though it sounds somewhat strange in the trailer ;)
Edward is spoken by Johannes Raspe. That’s the guy who’s also James McAvoy’s german voice actor. And I just looove his voice. I don’t get why people bash his performance so much… :P

  19. Saar Says:

hahaha im so happy to live in Belgium were they only put the dutch subtitles in the movie with the normal voices

  20. Juclael Says:

I’m German and I’ve always been happy with Bella’s voice in German. And the guy speaking Edward sounds much more sensual than Rob. I think Rob bothers a lot to sound perfectly American, he cuts down on the emotional part of his voice a bit.

  21. tinkie Says:

omg…from german 1,2 in high school i understood: es ist meine geburtstag, ich liebe dich, kiss mich, and go jacob. hahaha i love german but the language is really fast and yeah…glad to be irish

  22. Emmy Says:

hahha beautiful. German sounds so… angry.
But yeah, I understood everything of it, I’m swedish and have studied german i 2 years.

I really don’t understand why they change the spoken language to a film that no small children shall see? It just sounds riddiculus xD (but the worst thing I EVER heard was Almighty Bruce in german - i laughed the whole movie XD)

  23. lena Says:

aww im german and this sucks. there are some good synchronisations out there, but the twilight series have been so disappointing this far… I prefer the english original, more feeling to the scene. alice is horrible!

  24. Jessica Says:

    Oh my god!!!!!!!!
I’m from Germany and this is sooooo horrible! I HATE it. Yeah, i think I’ll watch it only in english.
and the best of all: The voices from Twilight are different. I only hope that it will sound in theatres different.

oh my. Alice is not Micky Mouse oO I HATE GERMANY!!! when i’m old enough i won’t be here anymore =D

  25. ROLO Says:

Holy moly, January? That’s so sad… It’s weird hearing it in German. It sounded like Spanish and English and a bunch of other stuff I didn’t comprehend, lol. Bella’s voice was much too girlish though … and Edward’s was way deeper/huskier than it should be. *Shrugs* It was still cool seeing it in a different language though.

  26. twilighter0001 Says:

it sounds strange! im beyond glad that out actors voices don’t have to be changed! XD

  27. bellakaulitz Says:

i think this is cool even though i only understood when bella said “danke.” but yeah feel bad for those people who have to wait till january.

  28. Kris Cullenz Says:

dude! i’m soooooooooooooooo going to send this to my grandma!!!!!!!!!!!
then i’ll ask if she knows all of what their saying.

    lol but cool!

and yes poor german people.. i really do feel bad for you all…

    ~Kris Cullenz

  29. Franzi Says:

    also greats from germany!
i also like the trailer, though they changed alice’ voice actor, didn’t they?

  30. kaathaaa Says:

I now always think of Silver from 90210 when I hear Bella’s voice, they have the same synchro :D

  31. Fr34k Says:

I’m from Germany and I like all voices; I think Edwards voice is a little bit odd but okay…
And I’m SO! glad they do the synchronization here… dunno, I understand everything english but it’s not fun to watch because you have to listen so carefully…
I love Alice’s voice the most *laugh* I’m nearly alone with that opinion, am I?
    Greetings from Germany!
    CiAO Fr34k :)

  32. Lottie2303 Says:

Ugh, I hate the synchronization. I’m from Germany and can’t bear to listen to those voices more then one minute. I’m not exaggerating but I personally believe the movie is horrible in Germany because of the voices. Everything sounds so lifeless and wrong. Bella is too girly; Alice sounds like she shallowed helium and Edward’s voice only reads the text.

I don’t know. I understand English perfectly and I’ll watch the movie in English. The original the better version anyway. I’m happy for those who like the voices and who’ll watch it in German without having a headache ;).

  33. Muffin Says:

I’m german and I don’t like the voices…Can’t wait to see the film in english. :D

  34. Alica Says:

    Absolut perfekt, Lottie2303!!!!!

  35. Amelie Says:

Lottie - my thoughts! i’m from germany, too, but i read just english books, watch movies and dvds in english
i think, i live in the wrong country!
and i want to say: great work on this site! i’m here every single day.

  36. L. Says:

OK, so maybe I should just stop watching all the trailers in English first. That’s really a bad idea. I think I watched the twilight trailer.. like… I don’t know how often in English. I was so angry when I heard the German one. It just sounds all so wrong. And sometimes they translate things so weird.

Ok, and what did they do with Alice’ voice? I can’t remember it like that in the twilight trailer.
I don’t know, normally Germany has a very good synchronizing industry, but I don’t know what’s wrong with them in the twilight movies.
I love Kristen’s voice btw. :) Don’t like the German one. Too high.

  37. tia Says:

lol it sounds wierd ugh i hate german i suck at it i guess im not taking That next year i think i like english the best its easier to understand lol

  38. Nightmare and Dream Says:

I live in germany and I have to say that it sucks! The voices are horrible and I have to wait so long! (*considers traveling to France on Nov18th*

  39. JenGambale Says:

trust me, german dubs are not cool. =__= it’s very rare that they find the right voices for characters. and when i say very rare, i MEAN very rare. i’m from germany, too.

  40. Juclael Says:

LOL, SO MANY GERMANS ON HGE!!!!!
    Greetings! I’m from Rheine, btw.

  41. Vir Says:

Bella’s voice is way better than Kstew’s, no offense to her fans. The sweet side of her shows :). That’s more how I imagined Bella sounding like.
