I love Harry Potter as well. I read all 7 books loads of times and of course seen the movies over and over. Tom could play Riley, but he would need to bulk up. He is pale enough.lol Hes a great actor. We shall see;)

Actually he’s closer to what I pictured in my head when reading Eclipse. Don’t get me wrong Channing Tatum is definately eye candy but Tom Felton is just more Riley-like for me anyway.

I think he is too type cast as Draco and Ill just see Draco Malfoy rather than Riley. =(

Tom Felton would be great in the role of Riley…. he`s a very good actor, and I really think he could pull this off. I`m not overly worried about seeing him and thinking Draco - he won`t look anything like him, I`m sure. Wow, now THAT was a confusing sentence!

I did actually picture Riley being closer to him than to Channing Tatum. Channing Tatum is GORGEOUS but I think he might be TOO gorgeous. I mean, I know that once they turn, they are supposed to be beautiful…but i don’t know…there’s just something about him that doesn’t fit and i really like the idea of it being tom felton…

To be honest, I’d rather have Craig Deering from the Evil Iguana Productions play Riley instead of Tom. I have nothing against Tom it’s just that Craig has never acted in a film but is so passionate about acting. I’ve only seen him in youtube videos. It would be great to see him in a film. He deserves to be involved in bigger production stuff. In fact, he’s quite passionate about playing Riley. Tom already acts in one of the most famous movie series ever. By the way Craig acts quite good as well.

When i picture riley, i picture someone who looks like emmett, muscular and buff. Tom Felton is not like that. Channing Tatum would be better.

If Tom Felton was cast as Riley I would probably turn into a hardcore Twilighter. I’m one of thise hardcore Potter-fans who find Twilight enjoyable and cool, but never really got into it. But I think that if Tom Felton got cast, a lot of Potter-fanatics would become fans of “the other franchise” (Twilight). I would watch Eclipse numerous times to see Vamp!Tom Felton kick ass…and then die. So yeah, Tom Felton as Riley! =D

Tom Felton is Riley. He pulls of the solemn villain. It would be awesome if they cast him. Plenty of Tom Felton supporters would watch Eclipse numerous times, even if he would have 2 min screentime, so that would be a major bonus for Summit. I don’t think he’s to young to play Riley, they want someone in their early twenties, and Tom’s 20/21.

I don’t think he’d make a good enough riley, not that it matters too much, riley has such a small part. but I think they need to keep looking, there are a ton of actors out there that would love to have this part, if you were not well known before you were in these movies, you sure are after. so that’s my take on it.

for those saying he’s too young… he’s 21 years old! The actor has to be either in his young twenties or mid twenties and hes the perfect age! Im not 100% lking him as riley bbut honestly I dont care who plays aa long as he acts the part right and the movie turns out great

Riley’s goal is to kill Bella while Victoria battles Edward. Riley must be menacing. Tom is menacing and can pull it off. People, not every Vamp is BULKED. Tom is an excellent choice.

Oooo I LOVE DRACO!!!! i was watching harry potter weekend on abcfamily over the weekend and listed my fave characters book wise (since if it was my fave movie characters Cedric/rob would be first)
the top three were: the weasley twins (counted as one though fred is a bit cooler in my opinion), Draco, and dobby

I really do think he would be great as Riley. However, it would be a little strange seeing an HP movie actor in a Twilight movie but doesn’t really bother me. I don’t care about the intermixing of Twilight and HP considering I love both book series equally. I can’t imagine Ashley Tisdale playing Leah…I just think that would be a train wreck but we all have our personal opinions and I respect that.
