First off, and most importantly, Kristen’s legs have always been great. They’re slim without being too stick-like.
Second, the freedom of speech gives you the excuse you say whatever you want. However, the freedom of speech doesn’t excuse a person from being a total “A” hole. The use of freedom of speech is only admirable if consideration towards the genuine opinion of others is considered.
In Emmy’s case, she was simply stating that Neil’s negative energy could have been incorporated into something positive. I don’t think she intended to “insult” him, nor did she mean to disrespect his opinion.
Infamous_redeamer, on the other hand, blatantly bashed (yes, Neil, BASHED) Emmy as if “the freedom of speech” was a free ticket to exonerate her from any blame. I propose HGE delete these comments asap.

This is how I describe how Kristen looks at present: She has a pretty face & a good body but I don’t like her hair. Well, her face looks nice when her lower eyelids don’t look baggy. Robert sometimes has the baggy lower eyelid thing going on too.

I like that she said the 11 year old Twilight fans don’t truly get that Twilight is actually deeper than a fad and Edward’s face (not her words, but basically that Twilight has more meaning than they realize), and that she’s standing up for it because it is more deeper than that. I just hope she realizes that there are older people and teens who read it and feel the way she does, im sure she knows that.

I can see that HGE added more pictures to this post. They weren’t here the first time I posted a comment.
I’m confused about the concept of the first photo, though. It looks neat, but what’s that over the bottom half of her face? It looks like it’s making her chin narrower???
As for her hair, I can swear it’s growing on me! It’s very…80s. OH! But then again, she cut it in the first place to play an 80s rocker, didn’t she? Duh, Kay!
Lastly, I love the picture with her wearing lace the most. Sure, there’s a goth-aura about it. But it’s not in bad taste; especially with the lace and furry white rug. =P

NOBLEGIRL: I think you’re totally entitled to expressing a negative opinion about Kristen. I do NOT think you meant to directly insult anyone at all. Seriously…you presented your opposing ideas with a lot more grace and consideration than Annoyed did. I, too, agree that I want other cast members getting press. You have no idea how long I’ve been waiting for an AshleyXKellan photoshoot.
ANNOYED: You’re entitled to expressing a negative opinion about Kristen, too. The fact that you dislike something we adore can (and should be) respected…if ONLY it weren’t for your lack of consideration towards other fans.
Keep in mind that there are a lot of strong, Kristen-fans who will get insulted if you call her a “gross prostitute,” not because they want to defend the actress, but because you basically IMPLY that they have horrible tastes. Even if your insults are towards Kristen, you’d be indirectly insulting the fans as well. You know what I mean?
But in regards to defending Kristen…
…if I were her, I’d go crazy with the attention, too. She chose the career to act…NOT the lifestyle of being over-publicized. I mean, really…the treatment she gets from fans is overwhelming in comparison to other big stars. Like someone else stated in this forum…Kristen gets a lot of crap. There are a lot of nonsensical girls out there who are jealous of Kristen simply because she’s associated with Rob, and so they openly call her names in front of her face. It’s horrible, and she’s only 19 (17 when it started)! Sure…the treatment comes with the job, but you have to admit…the degree of attention she receives from fans is at an abnormally high degree. Keep in mind, too, that neither Kristen nor Rob expected that Twilight would become the phenomenon that it is. They had no idea what they were getting themselves into, and even if they can’t stand the attention, at least they’re sucking it up. As many, many cast members have stated, “they handle it gracefully.”
That’s my opinion, though. I don’t mean to change yours.

KAY: Don’t worry, I really don’t care if the K-stew fans get insulted if I don’t like her. If anything I think it’s a lesson in life that not everyone in life is gonna like what you like and they have to deal with that. They also have to deal with the fact that they have terrible taste in actresses.
Honestly, I have no consideration over the internet to anybody, if you are the kinda person who takes what I say with anything more than a laugh then you take things waaaay to seriously.
Also remember this acting and fame go hand in hand. If you want to be an actor you want to be famous. Plain and simple.

ANNOYED: Well there’s your problem, honey. Just because people are aware of the fact that not everything people say are going to be pleasant doesn’t make it any easier to tolerate. Everyone has an opinion about everything. And you really should have basic human consideration no matter where you are. It’s something many people in this country lack. We’re free by legal terms to do and say certain things in spite of who we hurt. We live in a nation where it’s “cool” to not care what others think about each other, and where making mistakes is okay because we’re backed up with the phrase that “we’re only human.” We can say anything dumb, because the freedom of speech protects us, and yet we use that liberty as an excuse to be a**holes. Yes, it’s nothing new, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy to tolerate.
And yes, being fame does come with being a big actor. But the kind of fame Rob and Kristen get is anything but welcomed. Take for example people like Tom Cruise and Angelina Jolie. They’re very famous, but at least they can leave their house without worrying about being mauled. Their fame is one that’s (for the most part) respected.
Rob and Kristen, at the current moment, don’t have that privilege. They can’t step foot out of their homes without encountering an obsessive fan on the verge of physical assault. It’s all because of the hype and, quite frankly, I think they have the right to feel overwhelmed. It’s not as “plain and simple” as you stated.
PS: “If you want to be an actor, you want to be famous.” That’s not always the case. Acting is a passion for some people. The fame is usually the add-on.”

ANNOYED: Okay, i like to act, like in school plays/musicals and stuff, but i would HATE to be famous. In fact, being famous for something you love–acting, writing, music, whatever–can be more pressure than working in a cubicle, because when you’re mobbed for doing something you love, then you might not want to do that anymore. You slip into a depression, because the thing that used to take away your stress or whatever isn’t there anymore. SO SUCK IT.
