I went to rottentomatoes and it has 53% . Its has one more fresh tomatoe than rotten. I cant wait to see it and I hope the ratings go higher.

i watched it this afternoon in australia it is incredible. incredible. i am so excited for eclipse i am really quite speechless

I just saw it, and NM was absolutely incredible. So much better than Twilight. I suppose that it’s much of a fan film than a critic’s film, though, since we are more invested in it for the long term.

New Moon was sooooo freakin awsome!!!! I saw it last night with my sister (she works at the Old Town Warren in Wichita Kansas)AND I LOVED IT!!!!! Chris Weitz did an awsome job

It’s funny, one of you commented that it’s more of a fan movie than a critic movie, and by not even seeing the movie yet, I COMPLETELY agree.

I find the critics are pretty divided in reviews from
“So much better than Twilight, it was artistically beautiful!”

To ….
“The 130 minutes dragged. Rob Pattison barely smiled and when he did it looked like it hurt. The music overshadows the dialogue.”

However, EVERYONE fan review I have seen, they have LOVED IT! Like, couldn’t get enough of it.

I can not wait for this movie, because obviously I could not give two craps whether the critics liked it, all I care about it that I liked it.

Also, on a side note, most have been saying it’s really faithful to the book, so it’s nice to hear.

Unfortunately won’t be going to the midnight showing, going Sunday, but have fun at the premiere tonight all.

Really? Maddy your favorite movie ever made?? It must have been awesome. Was it emotional???? The critics know it was good they are just trying to find bits of it and saying bad stuff. Of course Rob looked like that. That is how Edward is in New MOon, he is worried, conflicted, and stuff.
Now if they want to see a happy Edward they should wait for the begining of Eclipse or Breaking Dawn.
Happy Chris W. thought about the fans while making it. In the end that is what counts. we are the ones giving them the money for christ sake!
