Can’t be the final one because there is no certificate on it. I think its just the one they’re using until they have made up the propper one.

Hopefully they’ll include an iTunes digital copy and/or bonus content like they did with the exclusive Target edition, I’m sure it raked in quite a bit of money for Target.

in the uk HMV had their own special cover which was just Edward for the Twilight DVD.

In Belgium we only had a one DVD (no special or anything) from Twilight. Only a month ago, we had the 2 DVD coming out, so now I have 2 types of DVD from Twilight …
I only hope they bring a special from New Moon this time! But we never have such cool stuff as in USA, like the 4DVD special I saw on the inernet … makes me jeaulous!!!!!!

I don’t like this at all. I was seriously expecting it to look like the poster.. This looks fanmade to me. It’s very plain and boring. hopefully it’s just a prototype.

I just want to know when the heck it comes out… It kind of follows the same line as the Twilight on, because you had the main characters (Bella & Edward) in a close up of their faces in the top, and then the bad guys in the bottom, not very close up. It follows the same model, if you ask me. They could have been more original.

I like it and wouldn’t and I wouldn’t mind if that was the official covet. But I doubt it is.. I’m praying for something like Bella and Edward holding each other and Jacob in the background lol and as for the date I’m thinking it might follow the Twilight path and come out March 20th.. And Im hopeing they might follow the Harry pottier DVD and gives you the next installmenttrailer of the movie, which is the eclipse trailer.

I heard March 22 somewhere. i don’t know if that’s right but it sounds right cuz that’s around when Twilight came out on DVD. but i REALLY can’t wait for the Commentary! I love the Twilight commentary with Rob and i’m hoping the one for New Moon is just as good. “Now, now guys. Let’s just be simple about this.”

i first thought the red cloaks were roses…….. i think they could’ve been more creative w/ this too. it looks like some cover for a dramatized soap opera.

ehhh i think its just alright. I kinf of wish Jacob was infront instead of Edward just because he had a bigger part in New Moon. But it looks just alright. They could have done better.

Though I’m Team Edward, I think it would have been more appropriate if Jacob was in the front. And I would have expected the werewolves to be featured on the cover, not necessarily Volterra, because the werewolves were more central to the story.
I honestly thought it was fan made when i first saw it. I expected a lot more, based on the Twilight DVD. But honestly, I could live with it. I still hope this is just a work in progress though.

Anna….I completely agree with you on everything, Im Team switzerland…although more edward….and i agree, Jacob should’ve been on the front and edward more in the back, let’s face it, all preferences aside, it is more of Jacob’s movie.
And i know im not being picky because other people agree, I like graphic arts and I mess around with photoshop. This looks fanmade, and also..can they stop using the same press pictures of the characters on everything?!? I wish the creator of this was a little more creative. I would compare it to the harry potter covers, but even ill admit their covers look like it had more time spent on them.
