I probably won´t be able to see it for a while still, so I´ll check back in later, but when I come back, I want to hear everyone´s thoughts on the latest installment.
Please don´t just whine about a part you didn´t like, actually give your reasons.

Okay great movie.. love that they had whole qoutes from the movie in there!! yay! and my fav Emmett quote I'm so happy!!


But I did find the first part of the movie really jumped around a lot.. which really frustrated me. But once it got into its grove it flowed really well..

I was disapointed at some of the changes. but all in all it was a great move LOVED the action... The kitchen scene with Bella and Charlie.. PERFECT! Tent Scene EPIC! Leg hitch Great!

I will deff be seeing it again!

*Spoilers ahead, yadda yadda. If you haven't seen the movie, then you shouldn't even be looking at this.*

I thought Eclipse was the best movie out of them all. They really did do a good job on this one with staying true to the book. A lot of quotes from the book was included.
The action was great, I loved watching the fight scene(s). It was exciting and they seriously had me on the edge of my seat.

When Jacob was hurt by the newborn and the pack had to carry him away, oh my gosh. They did a good job with that scene. I cried there. (I know, I'm lame.) The whole scene with Jacob being hurt made me cry, to be honest. When he was in the house and the pack was standing outside while he was screaming... I heard my friends whispering, "Ana's crying!"

Whatever. I don't care. I cried. Big whoop

The scene between Victoria, Edward, and Riley was really good, in my opinion. Seeing Victoria act so sweet toward him [Riley] and then having her forget about him when he was being dragged off...it was cool. I wasn't so sure about the "new Victoria", but now that I saw the movie, I think she did good.

All in all, I think it was the best so far. Maybe because it's my fave of the series, but oh well. I loved the kitchen scene "sex talk". And I was very pleased with the proposal scene in the bedroom. But I was disappointed when Emmett's line was changed from "Fall down again, Bella?" to "Tried to walk and chew gum at the same time again?" or something like that. And the one thing I was just devastatingly upset with was they didn't put the scene when Jake washes dishes with Bella and cuts himself on the knife. And "Does my being half-naked bother you?" I read that was Taylor's fave scene as well. Oh well. But I rate it a 10/10 anyway.

I waited 6 hours to watch the film, for the midnight premiere.
I agree with Soarjet about the way the movie changed from one scene to the next.
Though at some points I thought they were good in others not so much.
Yes, a lot of quotes were included into the movie, but not my favorite.

Though one problem I didn't like was the Seth and Leah weren't even that big in the film.
BooBoo Stewart could have been better in his scene.
The book is my favorite in the series and now the movie is too, which I'm happy about.
I still expected more, but it was better than the last two.

The scene when Bella asks Jacob to kiss her was so good.
The way Jacob was saying 'That's not enough. . . It's still not enough"
Great, great scene.

Also the scene when Jacob kisses her and Edward get mad and Jacob tells Charlie
that he kissed Bella.
Hillarious.

They made a big deal about Bree and she wasn't a big deal in the film. Oh, well.

Overall - 8.5/10

Yeah i pretty much agree with everyone's opinions posted above. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVED this Movie!!! The book was already my favorite of the series so i was sooo excited for this movie! I loved the KISS between jacob and bella, in my opinion it was totally the best one of the series! It was so Romantic!!! (and FYI i'm not just sayin that cuz i'm TEAM JACOB! i'm for real!!)

The Battle Scene was intense and very well orchestrated, i'm glad David Slade didn't hide the violence! Because if you're going to take the good you have to take the bad!

I also Loved the Bedroom scene when Bella finally said yes to edward for marrying him because it was played out pretty true to the book-my heart fluttered a lot during that scene

I also really enjoyed (billy burke) Charlie in this one as well because his performance was so comedic! I liked his reactions to Bella as well as his little asides to himself, "I'm liking Edward more."

And i cried too while i was watching the scene when Jacob got hurt! I also cried and cringed for his pain when he was screaming! Poor thing!

One thing though...I feel bad for Taylor because since he was naked in the movie i know people will probably be even worse about treating him like a piece of meat!

I also truly loved the way he handled the flashbacks of Jasper and Rosalie, thumbs up to Jackson and Nikki! "I was a bit theatrical back then." *smiles* Jackson did a great job being in the spotlight, i love his voice he def sounded like a Texan General!

Also LOVe Love Love XAvieR Samuel!!! Great choice for Riley! and i also liked Bryce, i still miss Rachelle but Bryce was still a great Victoria.

Oh BTW-I don't know how everyone else feels about it but....What the heck happened to RPattz Humming Bella's Lullaby, it's like they forgot the Lullaby completely for the movies!

Overall ECLIPSE was AWESOME!!! i'm sure there's lots more i have to talk about but i can't remember everything right now...sigh i guess i'll have to go see it 10 more times!

This was by far my favorite movie, I can't even compare it to Twilight...

I loved loved loved how many lines from the books were in the movie, they def. made it feel more like it was going along with the books.

I also loved how Edward was no longer as moody as in the first too, he had his lighter moments and funny jokes like when he said about Jacob, "Doesn't he own a shirt?" :')

The proposal and the tent scene were perfect.

I think my only complaint was whenever they would kill a newborn it had like that high cracking noise and it made it look almost like they were made of ceramic or something. I dunno, it just wasn't working for me.

Jacob made me cry. When he was screaming after he was hurt... *sigh*

Great job David Slade.

It was perfect.
Lots of dialogues they kept the same and Edward was a lot less "broody" and stuff.
Jacob's screaming made me cry.
Props for Taylor... also about the naked thing.
I seriously thought, okay if he's not naked now it's not right, but he was.

Can't wait to see it again.
Best one so far.
David Slade did an awesome job, and Howard Shore too.
Loved the score.

Riley's scene at the very beginning was pretty amazing too.
He did a GREAT job.
I'm glad I didn't watch any before I saw it completely.

I forgot about that! I crying about the situation so I forgot Jake was supposed to be naked for that. When the movie was over, my friend reminded me about it because I was talking about how sad the scene was and she was talking about how she couldn't see anything.
Hahaha.

Hands down favorite movie. The only thing is that I wish it was longer which I know is impossible. I feel like a lot of the scenes were cut short....kind of rushed. Other than that no complaints. I can't believe how good it was. David Slade did an amazing job. I don't know what I was worried about. I've seen it twice and can't wait to go again.

Billy Burke is an amazing Charlie. I loved every single one of his scenes. He always takes over when he is in one.

Jackson's hair actually didn't look that bad.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED Bryce Dallas Howard.

I am sure I'll think of more but there are so many things going around in my head at the moment.

JUST AMAZING!

Definitely definitely definitelyyy the best movie of the three by far. I saw it today and basically died, and I plan on seeing it tomorrow again and another time after that haha. It was seriously exactly how I pictured everything to be.

The only thing that gets me is that I feel like the music from the soundtrack was barelyyy in it. But maybe that's because it was just my first time seeing it and I wasn't paying enough attention.

I was surpised at how much the movie focused on Riley, but Xavier was amazing. And even though Bryce Dallas Howard was great as Victoria, I still miss Rachelle.

All the fighting scenes were super intense and really good, esp the very last one with Riley Victoria Bella and Edward, holy moly .. Except when Edward broke her head off. I thought it looked kindaaa fake lol.

I loved how when Bella first got to the Cullens' house for the "sleepover" Claire De Lune was playing, it was a nice surprise. And My Love by Sia fit really well, and I thought it was SO cute when he picked her up off the bed after she said yes XD

Love love loveddd when Edward said "Doesn't he own a shirt?" and the way Charlie freaked out after Bella said "I'm a virgin!" ahah.

It was freaking sad when you could hear Jake screaming after he was hurt, and that look on his face when he was on the ground KILLED me. I wish they would've kept the "I can't fight an eclipse" line in, though. It's one of my favorites. But maybe it's one of those things where you shouldn't say the name of the movie in the actual movie lol.

Okayy going on a bit of a ramble here so I'll come back if I remember anything else important XD

I felt awkward surrounded by my mom and my aunt.
I'll be paying the price tomorrow for not waiting it out a bit longer.

I barely remember the film at all, but I really liked it and I'm totally losing interest in the whole series.
I think I'll see it again when I get home.
I might even buy the DVD this time since I still haven't gotten New Moon.

But really... from the little I remember from the book, it had great matching and the characters were well done in this one.
I haven't read the novella, but I actually felt a little bad for Bree in this and I didn't care much for her before.

He's my favorite character (along with Quil, Sam, and Paul) and I think BooBoo did an amazing job. =)
He's like, my dream Seth, except shorter. haha
ANd I LOVE LOVE LOVE his fur. ♥

So, saw Eclipse today. I thought it was really good; much better than the first two. I liked David Slade directing this one.I wasn't really sure about him, but he made the movie much darker than the others, and it was really effective.

The flashback scenes with Rose and Jasper were awesome, pretty much how I pictured them.

There was a lot more "heated" kisses in this one and they weren't really cheesy.
I like how that matured a bit from the other ones.

The part when Jake was in pain, screaming, really got to me and I thought it was done really well. When I say got to me, I just mean you really knew how a guy with half his bones being shattered really felt.

I'm all about Team Edward, but the kiss between Bella and Jake was something else. Whew! Even though I know how it all ends, for a moment I wanted Bella to pick Jacob! lol

Overall, this movie was really great.
I plan on seeing it again soon.
