I don't think she cares.
Everyone's afraid of her anyway.
She can get away with it, especially when Aro etc aren't around.

Ever since I first saw Cameron play Alec, I didn't like his acting. It's just... I dunno. Just not very good. He isn't creepy at all, lol.

As for the timeline issues... they probably just messed up.

Now that I think about it, the Volturi are really, really stiff when they act.
As for Jane though, I like Dakota playing her.
But to be honest, when I was reading the books, being a Supernatural fan...
I pictured her being the kiddy Lilith from the one episode where Sam and Dean are arrested and she shows up in the end.

I loveloveloved it! Best movie so far as i was really disapointed with New Moon. Favourite scene was the Tent Scene! I was SERIOUSLY laughing my head off!!!!! And the virgin talk with Charlie "Liking Edwrad more" LOL Worst Scene...cant really pick one but i was disapointed when edward killed victoria it looked SO fake! Oha nd since when to vampires ...like smash with...I dunno weird stuff! But i have to say i didnt no wat else david slade could do he made a good attempt! Overall VERY happy! BESTEST movie so far! DEFO! Fvaourite quotes

I thought the scene with Victoria and Edward wasn't bad.
It's hard to make something look real that could never ever be real, lol.

I agree I mean a vampire is tearing another vampires head off, how do you make that look real when it doesn't exsist?!

I feel like this movie has jokes that you can laugh at over and over. Some movies once you've heard the joke once it's not funny but not for Eclipse.

Yay! I finally saw it last night! (and got grounded because I ended up having to see the 9pm performance, which meant I got back after midnight - my parents thought I'd be home by 9, and they get really p-d off if I don't have like, three days advance notification of the fact I'll be back after midnight. Oh well)

I loveddd Riley in it - a lot, but after his first scene, when we see Bella and Edward in the new meadow for the first time.. well I kinda felt it was a bit cheesy, to be honest. I think this film did a really good job of keeping humour in the film, and I fricking loved that we got the Rosalie and Jasper flashbacks (and damnnnn Jackson Rathbone looks good in army uniform) but... I forgot how much I really don't like Edward or Jacob any more. I guess it took seeing it on screen to realise how weirdly possessive it is that Edward disconnected her truck engine to stop her going to see Jake - and then when Jake kissed Bella to "prove" that she loves him, just...urgh.

But yeah, I think David Slade did a really good job with the direction, and I think, as a film, I do like it more than Twilight or New Moon.

I had another point to make, but I've forgotten it now. I'll bring it up if I remember.

I agree on the Edward/Jacob note.
He is weirdly possessive.
And I've always thought it was superweird that Bella was pissed off at him and ran back in the house, and then the next day they're acting like nothing happened and everything is fine, lol.

Bella's just like one of those girls who fool themselves into thinking that an abusive partner is only doing it because they love them.

I actually ended up liking it! It looked bad in the stills, but I thought it looked most natural here, and was the closest to how I originally imagined Jasper's hair.
