Thats how I felt about the action figures and the board game. The trivia was way too easy on the board game, and the action figures look drugged.

Anyone else agree with me?

I bought the board game and I was really excited to play it, but I ended up being disappointed.
I agree with you when you say the trivia was much too easy.
Even though I know I would have aced it, I would have liked a little bit of a challenge!
Anywho, the game itself didn't make much sense to me, like how to navigate through the board.
So my boyfriend and I just ended up asking each other the trivia.
I beat him of course
As for the dolls, I have seen ones that look really good, and other ones that creep the heck out of me.

The Twilight game is easy?
How is it...I mean i've seen it at walmart but I haven't bought it.
What's the point of the game, how easy are the questions?

I was just talking about this the other day with my mom. I feel that a lot of the designs are overdone and just not cool, a lot of the jewelry and merchandise is just kind of weird.... my favorite is still the Edward Cullen body sparkle... I bought some for my freind Adam because he was complaining about girl troubles so I told him to tell them he was a vampire and throw it on when he stepped into the light They have to squeeze every penny they can out of us fans haha

I hate all of the merchandise.
The story becomes cheaper and cheaper.

It was cool at first with the usual stuff like t-shirts. I mean, I had always wanted a Twilight bookmark for my Twilight books and even a Twilight calendar.
I even thought the jewelery was kind of cool. I bought Alice's choker because I thought it was really cute.
But with the release of the Twilight bandages, the Edward Cullen body sparkle, the Twilight lunch boxes and etc., it started to become really corny and ruin the point of the story.
When I first heard about the body sparkle, I literally thought it was pointless. I mean, I have had a container of body sparkle forever and I just use it to make my eyes pop or something when I go to parties. I certainly would not apply it all over myself to look like a vampire (well, maybe on Halloween but...)!
Then when I went to Chapters and saw that they had Twilight bandages. I was over-the-top with shock for how insane some of the merchandise was becoming.

The worst thing is, it is overpriced too! It was something like $12 for 21 Twilight bandages in a "collectable" tin and the hoodies are like $70 or something! I don't even buy hoodies from Abercrombie anymore because I can't afford to pay $70 for one clothing article. Even the Twilight bookmark I bought was $4.50... I don't even know why I paid that price when I could've made my own!

So, coming from someone who got into Twilight back in late 2005, yes, this is getting a bit corny. I'm just glad they haven't released any Twilight towels or Twilight sleeping bags yet... but I'm not going to jinx it.

Well I don't have a lot of issues with that since I've been looking all over stores here for Twilight stuff and have found... nothing.
So maybe it's for the best after hearing you guys. I still keep an eye out of Twilight merchandise when I'm shopping somewhere, but if it's too expensive I'm not buying it either.

Back in Febuary I bought an Emmett shirt because Emmett's one of my favorite Characters. I haven't bought anything cheesy though.
I saw that Edward body sparkle...I thought it was kind of dumb that they have some pricey powder for people to buy that will only make them sparkle for a few hours. I was looking on the hot topic site the other night and i saw that they had a lunchbox...haha it's cute I guess but I dont know, it's corny.

Eternally Yours is right about the price thing...I mean the shirts are 22 dollars at hot topic! Dudes...that's expensive. They also have other things that are expensive. They had a few other shirts that I would of bought but haha I don't really want to go to Hot Topic and drop 40 dollars on just two shirts. If I plan on Dropping 40 dollars...I would spend it on a few things not just two hehe =D

I think having twilight mercandise is pretty cool....I do like that they have shirts out and some other things that were in the movies (Alice's choker..Edward's wrist band...stuff like that,) but I think it's pretty out there when they start putting stuff like..twilight bandaids out. lol

i agree! its getting way out of hand. and people r gonna just keep buying but then they relize its so corny! i mean i like the stuff like the charm bracletes and the necklaces etc. but the the band-aids and stuff like that way to corny.

I really hate it when they over do something with a bunch of useless merch.

It's beginning to remind me of the Harry Potter craze. I remember when, a few years back now, you would go into a toy shop and you couldn't move for Harry Potter merchandise. Somehow that didn't bother me though, maybe just 'cause I was younger.
But now, these chocolates?! I mean, seriously.
At least with HP they could tie in the Chocolate Frogs and Bertie Bott's but Twilight confectionary? Definitely pushing it.

Yah all this merchandise is getting a little out of hand. People are overdoing things. The dolls creep me out. They just look a little possessed to me...

Yeah the corny craze just seems so pointless to me..
I'll stick with T-shirts && jewelry..
