I would love Peter Jackson to direct it! He did such a great job in Lord of the Rings. He put so much detail into them.

There were also some rumors that Drew Barrymore would direct. Uhh? :?

Okay, I'm withdrawing any comments I made about Peter Jackson not getting the love side of the book onto film properly.
Last week me and my brother watched all three LOTR films, and I hadn't watched them for ages. Long story short, basically my memory is crap and the whole Aragorn Arwen love thing, even with her dad trying to make her leave and him trying to keep fighting to save Middle Earth (and put up with Eowyn falling in love with him), is done brilliantly. Him trying to make her leave because he loves her and doesn't want her to suffer and her refusing to go even though her dad is so determined, it's done so well!
So, I love Peter Jackson's directing and, whilst I wasn't sure on him doing their love at first, now I've seen what he has done with these two characters has made me completely change my mind. A director like him could do brilliantly on this film, and now I so hope he can do it.

i dont really care who the director is as long as they dont screw it up. breaking dawn is one of my fave out of the series. i've read it 4 times.

I wouldn't mind Peter Jackson. And he did direct the epic LotR, but would he want to do something like BD??

Yeah, I heard that rumor. But I thought it was to direct Eclipse. I like Drew as an actress, definitely but I'm not sure about directing...but you never know!

Why would they have cast Renesmee already? They don't even have a proper director yet, no date, no nothing. They're still filming Eclipse. :/
